We are happy to assist you with the repair and maintenance of your vehicle. Feel free to call us by phone to explain your automtive need; however, please know that we will likely need to see your vehicle before we can give you a proper estimate. To do this, it is best if you can drop off your vehicle so we can look it over. If that doesn't work for you, we can arrange a more specific time for us to inspect it.
Pricing
Our pricing is based upon the anticipated labor and the price of the parts. Our labor rate is reasonably priced so you don't have to worry about your repair cost being inflated by overpriced labor. Our time estimates are based off a national database which provides shops like us the best insight into how long a repair will take. We find this is very accurate; however if we get it done quicker, we will reduce the hours charged.
We acquire are parts through a variety of sources that have a track record of standing behind their parts. We do mark up the parts we sell you as we have to be able to warranty our work. If a part turns out to be defective, they will exchange the part with a working one, but we will have to install it. This is the practice of most repair shops and this allows to have confidence that we will make good on our work.
Our Warranty
We stand behind our work and are confident you will be happy with the services we provide. In the case something goes wrong with the repair, we will have you return the vehicle so we can reinspect it. If the either the parts we used or our labor was at fault, we will make it right. Our work is guaranteed for 30 days following the repair. If there are issues beyond the time limit, we will work with you to address it the best that we can.
Payment
Payment is made by credit/debit card or by cash. We do not accept checks at this time.
